CAN I GET A REFUND?

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduled date ticket holders will be entitled to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled show, or a refund on their ticket.

If the Maltese government cancels travel from a specific country for this festival, those customers will be entitled to a refund on their ticket.

Our travel partner Choice Holidays are also offering £1 deposits for accommodation booked through them for the festival. They offer a huge range of accommodation and airport transfer options.

If you can no longer attend the event due to reasons other than the event being cancelled, rescheduled or the Maltese government imposing travel restrictions on the specific country you are traveling from, you will not be entitled to a refund

We do not accept these, guarantee your ticket is genuine by purchasing through our website.

CAN I UPGRADE TO A VIP TICKET IF I’VE ALREADY PURCHASED A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer ticket upgrades.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE ON A COVER LETTER FROM THE CARD HOLDER?

A written letter giving you consent from the card holder that matches the billing address of your booking. This needs to be signed and dated by the card holder.

WHAT IF SOMEONE ELSE BOUGHT MY TICKET FOR ME AND WILL NOT BE WITH ME AT ACCREDITATION?

If your name on the ticket does not match your ID, you will need to bring the following in order to exchange for your festival wristband:

1 – A signed cover letter from the card holder

2 – A clear scan showing the last 4 digits of the long card number on the card used

3 – A clear scan of passport or driving license of the card holder

WHAT CONSTITUTES VALID PHOTO I.D.?

Photographic form of identifications, i.e. a passport or driving licence, are acceptable.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO GUARANTEE ENTRY?

Please bring your ticket, the card you purchased the ticket with and valid photo ID.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FESTIVAL TICKET?

E-tickets will be emailed out in the coming weeks before the festival.

WHAT AGE DO I HAVE TO BE?

Mi Casa Festival is an 18+ only event and you will need ID to prove your age to guarantee entry.

CAN I USE TICKETS BOUGHT WITH MY OLD/LOST CARD?

Please bring your new card & official form of ID with you and a letter/bill that matches your account’s address and you will be able to exchange for your festival wristband.

CAN I SELL MY TICKET?

Unfortunately, all tickets are non-transferable and we are unable to offer any refunds for tickets no longer needed.

WHAT DO THE DIFFERENT TICKET RELEASES MEAN?

There is no difference in access between the Early-bird, 1st & 2nd Release tickets. As more tickets are released closer to the festival dates, they go up in price. So the sooner you buy your ticket, the more you will save!

ARE DAY TICKETS AVAILABLE?

No day tickets are available at this time.

HOW CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING EMAIL?

Please contact your ticket provider directly. Please include your full name & Order ID and they will be able to assist you.

HOW CAN I CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY TICKET?

Please contact your ticket provider directly. This must be done 4 weeks prior to the event.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN MY FESTIVAL TICKET?

Your festival ticket gets you into the main festival arena at Gianpula Village.

VIP tickets include access to the VIP area in the main festival venue, inc VIP bar, fast track entry to the venue and VIP toilets at the festival.
